Bebot trouble ....
« on: May 08, 2010, 02:17:48 am »
I have a guild-member that when he logs on hes still lvl 55 according to the bot, but real level is 60+ now, this means that every time he zone, the bot send him a level-grats. This is the only member that this have happen to, can anyone give me some pointers where to correct this, so that the bot can get it updated correctly??

Thanks in advance

AoC?
Try to delete the member "!member del name" and then add him.
If that doesnt work, delete him again, shutdown bot, login to the bot character and delete him from buddy list.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
- Sorry, i dont have time to reply question on PM. Make a topic.

Not sure if it would matter, but has the character switched servers or had a name change?

Nope,

the only thing he have done, was to set a logon msg, and then the trouble started. others in guild have done the same without trouble of this kind.

ok first of all del the member of the bot ... !member del name
than u have to remoce the member form deb db itself ... over php myadmin
restart the bot
add the member to the bot with !member add name

this would be workaround for u ... hopefully ;)
