hey Car -its kahv-...u need to download the PHP core files, as well as teh bebot files on the main page of this site.  then extract into a directory and read instructions on setting up guildbot.  Once u get to that point i can help you a little more since i have mine up and running =).  Plus we can have our chats linked again    hit me up online if im on when u are, otherwise ill help you from here
