i did a !online
and useing the Statistics module with a few modification to give more details

There is only 5 members online
yes the alts info is there but its a link and the name of there main
i think the reason for all the whois is because of Checking all Alts for Security Level
Im sure you can come up with something better

Altho is apears to do it x2 for each alt

Not sure why it does it twice .. might be somthing else too
but for the security level
maybe u should cache it / add it the the online table

Then again after thinking more , its a whois check x2 on all alts when not needed...
the security level isnt in whois its in user...
why so many ?

Whois lookups are cached for some time in the whois core module to save table lookups, so it looks worse then it actually is.

i just find it odd that its doing a whois lookup for each alt twice
when no alt whois info is used in the online screen

Flexible security does a whois lookup, though it should do that only once and cache the results afterwards for some time.

Anyways, added some more caching to the security module, it should only query each player's alts once for some time. Next time it'll use the cached information.
