Is it possible, in the bot logic, for the bot to track and maintain multiple orgs?

Currently, if set up as an org bot, you enter the org ID, and the bot maintains the roster.

Is it possible, or could it be possible, to feed the bot a few org ID's, which the bot would then use to maintain the roster?

That's not possible with the default roster module. You'll have to adapt it yourself. You have to be careful of the 1k buddy limit though.
