well, aparently the bot dosn´t care what is hardcoved in to the "bot.conf" file, after a restart, i have to do a hard restart (closing down the whole bot and then manual restarting it from windows) to get it to load the "access" level for owner, and still the hardcoded superadmin´s dosn´t load... any sugestions??
