The recent days I have had problems on my 3 bots when parsing members xml files, a typical error looks like this

Im getting it every time I need to restart the bot, and thats another thing. Last month or so my bots are getting slower and slower and more unresponsive...

im running 0.2.1.1 with updated aochat on all 3.

That error is usually because 1) XML files are down for maintenance 2) The specific character has been deleted. If you get it on all characters all the time, it might be a different issue
