    I didnt find this anywhere else altho i'm sure its there.  When i try to run start.php i get the error message that

    'php4' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file

    any ideas?

    In start.php in your bebot folder, edit the line:
    $php_bin = "php4";
    to:
    $php_bin = "php";
