First hello everyone, gj with bot, it rocks.

second, lets get to work

Install and everything vent fine, bot was up and running in no time, and i installed lots of extra modules as well but...
Im having difficulties with guests accessing org bot channel.
After a lot work and tries i finally managed to make it work, but not the way that i want...
After i add someone outside org with !guest XXX and !notify XXX on
he will get invite to bot, thats ok. also have to do !relay so they can see chat.

The problem is, or donno if even can be the way i want, that guests do not enter priv. gruop, they should just join GUEST CHANNEL = all visible for them...

when someone in org says something on my bot is like this: [time]: [group] [msg]: [org name]: XXX player: test test test
time]: [pgrp] [msg]: [bot name] [bot name]: XXX player: test test test

so im wondering can guests join ve chat just as guest, and not priv/raid channel

[orgbot] orgbot: XXXX, a level 28 (AT 0 - None) Trader, Clan, just joined orgbot
[orgbot] orgbot: XXXX orgbot (Lvl 28 / 0 Trader) joined guest/raid chat.

files that im using - privgroup - JJs (if i delete this i lose !kick !inv abilities
here the screenshot of guestlist options, so you will probably know what i'm using.

And one more thing, i cant get anyhow !battle to work on bot, it just wont show any results, after i do !battle i see error in bot...

The bot is "just" a normal toon, and like every other toon, it has exactly one privategroup, named after himself. There is no "guest channel" in this game. It is just the privategroup of the bot used for a special purpose. Switch relay on, and the bot relays everything said in the privategroup to orgchat, and vice versa. Makes a nice guestchannel. Switch it off, and you can use it for raids, or just to have a discussion seperate from orgchat. We used to use it for interviews in the past, with officers and the applicant-to-be joining the privategroup.

For guests being able to join the privategroup by themselves, without being invited, making them guest is enough, btw.

About !battle... there is a nice towerwars module somewhere, look for it under http://bebot.link/index.php/topic,627.0.html. That is generally a great thread to find useful modules that will work without much hassle. If you already use the tower wars module from there, you might be missing the Land control areas module that it relies on.

If you plan on using the priv channel for guests (which is it's normal use) then I would advise running a separate raid bot. That way you don't have conflicts on it's use.

Tried that just now, and its still the same error in towerattack.php, and i copied lca.php and imported lca.sql into database, !victory shows recent battles, !lca works fine, but !battle nothing...

Is the toon you made for the bot one of the top three ranks in your org? You need to be to get the ALL TOWERS channel.

lol doh, how did i forgot that

, boot toon is just member in org, gonna have to wait till advisor comes online to bot him up to vet (im vet also heh).
