Trying to use this to keep a track of those players who get flagged for one reason or another - but doesn't seem to work

I can get it to black list one person but when I add another, only the first person is ever stored - subsequent additions don't get stored...any ideas on what's not working?

/edit - nvm, seems to be working now...had to restart the bot a couple of times for some reason

/edit 2 - !whois doesn't show the ban notes if used by a member - shows the notes if an admin does !whois but if a member does it they don't show...
