i have a problem with vote_devel.php module, it works not correctly.

I become an error, if i start a vote, in consolewindow is the error msg: "PHP Warning:  Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in \custom\modules\Vote_devel.php on line 455"

What is wrong ?

For 0.4 go for Vote Core module and Simple Vote.

I have a working version of the core module for 0.6, but I haven't updated the SimpleVote example so you're on your own for implementing a vote...

Turns out I did update SimpleVote for 0.6. Updated the zip file.
