Have an issue where a person is added to the org, the bot registers it, adds it to the table, whoiscache captures, is properly reflects, yet online doesn't display... sm doesn't show online either..... atm notify is turned off for members.  Rosterupdate doesn't fix it, and wiping the whoiscache and restarting doesn't fix it.  Any suggestions?  When viewing the tables, the record is there.
