Hey Board!

Im hosting a 0.6.1 bebot as Orgbot.
I got the Problem that even Guest are added to the notify list, even cuz Notify_level: 2 is set.

bot: Orgm8 removed from notify list!

any suggestions?

for a start removing some 1 from notify probably wont remove from online, and this will require a restart
i will look into that as a bug
and ill look into the guests getting on notify
