Has anyone encountered this issue? If so, have you found a fix for it?

Description of problem:

After the patch today, I restarted the bots I run, and also reset the command access level to SA from O. A few hours later, they had been reset to O yet again.

This seems to be happening quite often. Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

i know the access for using !commands has a built in feature of not allowing you to disable,
but other than that i dont know of any changes not done by user
