This Module will Alias you to set Command Alias's
example u can set !meep to do !is if u want :p
if Module does not Create Extra Command Access as it simple Uses the command its an alias of.

CommandAlias.php is a Core Module

Added to SVN, just split the modules in a core part and pure user interface.

in the core Module
Function get_list
you changed it so it returns no alias's when nothing in table, even if it has from added by modules
so u cant see the list with out adding somit to table.
which isnt good if u want to know what aliases there are already in the bot modules
