Well I took a spin off of my !links module and made this one, since we have some problems with people always checking the orgs forums, so I made this to help that out and have a one stop place to check topics and dates and what not..

if ($this -> start < time()

is not needed , bot will not send out notify when it boots, it built into notify module

Actually the logonnotifies module does not cover this. If you don't want the buddies to be spammed on every restart of the bot you need the check still.

oh yer,
i asumed thats how it was.
i even added code to 1 of my modules to check all on 1st cron asuming it wouldnt on boot
altho i think u should change it
but add a option in register as to weather they get notified at startup or not

Well it should only notify SC's and above.. or I think..
