I've added quite a bit of function, and more changes to come I'm sure, but for now, here's my IRC.php with private tells to and from the current IRC channel and an !irconline list, along with a few other useful changes

above was broken, !irconline wasn't removing names from the array, new copy follows... todo: change the irconline string into a blob?

last time, stable copy now parses name changes and only sends/receives tells from the current IRC room/channel for anti-spam.

comment/backup your old irc.php just in case

zip at the top is current

this happens just after a restart(without shutdown/restart)
i think the problem is to do with Nickname in use
the Normal IRC.php renamed the irc nickname when in use
