    Command Alias for 0.4.3

    The /core/ file and /modules/ file should be fine unchanged,
    i modified bot.php from 0.4.3 to check for alias's

    CommandAlias.php goes in Core Folder
    CommandAliasInterface.php goes in Modules folder
    Bot.php goes in Sources Folder

    Need to replace $this -> chat with $this -> aoc in Bot.php for this to work on 0.4.3.

    I seem to have gotten the wrong version to change, i got 0.4.3 again and modified with command alias
