    TEAMS MODULE

    Description:
    A module to keep track of and create teams.

    Instructions:
    Quote from: "Privgroup/Tell:"
    !teams
    Displays current teams configuration.

    !teams <num> [name]
    Assigns a user to team <num>.
    Bot admins and raid leader can assign a user to a team using [name]

    !teams 0 [name]
    Clears a user from the teams setup.
    Bot admins and raid leader can clear a user to a team using [name]

    !teams clear
    Allows bot admins and raid leader to clear the current teams setup.
