aggdef module

Couldn't find an aggdef slider calculator for bebot, so i wrote my own, could probably use some more cosmetic changes, but it does the trick.

use: !aggdef <wep attack speed> <wep recharge speed> <inits>

it calculates the optimal slider setting, as well as your inits needed to go full def and still keeping your attack at 1/1
