    This is a minor maintenance release, mainly to make the bot work a bit better out of the box on windows.
    This release also includes the IRC module.

    Changelog:
    - Bot should now work "out of the box" on windows provided you have MySQL setup. (r60:62 from trunk)
    - Added IRC module from 0.3 branch.
