BeBot v0.2.2 released

Khalem:
This is a maintenance release of the stable branch of BeBot to address the changes made by funcom to the chat output for tower and city messages.
No database changes are required for this version from 0.2.1.

Changelog:
[*]New version number convention. Major.Minor.Patchlevel, where even minor numbers denote stable releases and odd numbers denote development releases.
[*] Updated AOChat.php and city cloak/tower alert message handling.
[*] Fixed a bug which would cause the bot to not listen to guildchat in some cases.[/list]
