Title: Org/priv group random spammer module

Could someone make module that spams random lines from txt file or inside module file like !chuck or !jack, but it would poste lines at random times like 5-30 mins (adjustable would be nice).

So this would be just a minor customisation example for !chuck
I would also prefer that it would poste both GC and privgroup and there would be some command to poste random line from it.

this looks better for me couse they are simplier :P
