This would be a great feature. I've been in a couple of situations where more than one timer at once would be nice.

STILL UNDER TESTING!
I wrote this at school, no idea if it will work.
!timer <time> <name>
!timer <name>
!timer clear <name>
if you leave out the name field, it will make the normal timer, check the normal timer, and clear the normal timer.

EDIT: Replaced crappy code that doesn't work with a link to the new and improved timer with these features
