Title: !whompa plugin such as that which exists in IGN

IGN has a plugin which allows you to view the fastest Whompa routes between locations.  I was wondering if anyone wanted to make something of this sort?  I and probably a few others would appreciate it.

I'll attach a zip of the 2 files IGN uses for this feature
