Title: !raffle like on campalot

i'll like a raffle system like on campalot where you can put more then 1 of the same items up for raffle and it only run over 60 sec. or maybe make a command so people can set the time.

campalot use !raffle <number> <items>
and it run over time so people allways have same time to join

i'm trying to make it but so fare no luck.

It should be fairly trivial to do something like this. However, a simpler way to raffle multiples of the same item is to click the results link and pick the top 2 instead of just the winner.

I don't want to get distracted as i already have more than enough on my plate, right now. But if no one has done this by the time 0.4.0 is ready i'll revisit it.
