Updated official module: Raffle.php

Hello,

I have slightly updated Raffle.php because I needed to use this function without having players online.
Therefore i have added 2 functions available to the person who started the raffle only :

- raffle add <player> : Manually adds a player to the raffle.
- raffle remove <player> : Manually removes a player from the raffle.

Both functions use standard raffle output but messages start with [ADMIN], like :
[ADMIN] Malaxia joined the raffle - Click to join

Enjoy and don't abuse raffle remove :)
