Title: getting name in bot failed?

im getting
i was unable to get the user name belonging to then a set of numbers why is it doing this and how do i fix or do i just ignore it?

If I interpret your question correctly, you are unable to lookup the character name of someone based on their charaterid.
In which case there is nothing you can do. The bot merely asks the chatserver, and if the chatserver returns an error, the character likely no longer exists or there is an error on the chatserver end.
