It's not possible unless Funcom opens up their chat system unfortunately.  Honestly I have no idea why they won't, but it doesn't look like we're ever going to get chat bots in this game 

It's seems to be that it's not an issue of whether they open up the chat system. The issue seems to be that due to the fact that the chat system (e.g. general chat) works across all dimensions linked together, they are using some compression(?) or other smarts to minimise chat traffic bandwidth.

It seems Vhab knows all about it, but since he's now joined Funcom, he isn't allowed to tell anyone how to deal with it.

So unless anyone other than Vhab can work it out, the TSW versions of bots aren't going anywhere, which is a shame.
