Just a quick suggestion:

Make the online command show people in IRC. Currently they are not listed there. Should, eh?

and is there a way to tell the bot to autoop certain peopels in the irc channel?

/tell <botname> !set Online irc On

I highly reccommend using a proper IRC bot if you want to manage a channel like Eggdrop. I doubt we ever will extend the IRC portion of BeBot to contain much channel management features, and if we do it will be in the far future as it is a very low priority simply because there are tools much better suited for that job.
