Hi all,

I noticed a change in org messages when recruiting someone. This is what happens in the bot log:
AOChat ExtMsg Debug: Unknown Cat: 508 Instance: 173558247 Polbot [07:58:33] [GROUP] [MSG] [Org Msg] ~&!!!&t$<Tm_sUragons Forceboy~
Due to this, the bot no longer automatically adds new members before the next roster update.

Fix has been committed to the repository.
