Has anyone got a template for a module to get me started?

I just want to make simple modules that respond to commands for example:

Command:
!roxxor

Output:
<name> roxxors your boxxors

and stuff like that.
I know it may seem very simple to some of you but i have no idea where to start, i have tried to look for the most simple script to get em started but have no idea.

Any help would be great.
