Title: logon hashing
Post by: Acemaker on August 31, 2007, 02:13:56 am
I've been working on my own little project, or so I would like to be, but I know very little about php and this seems to be a problem considering every bot uses php. There is a good chance I could decipher the packets on my own through study but the problem I am having is hashing the logon information. I have searched and searched for api + dll to aokex GMP, and BCMath. Closest I could find was reference to a .so file, but no file itself. Basically I was hoping a skilled coder could release a dll and api to use it, I can't make heads or tails of the php code sorry. It would be nice to be able to expand projects beyond php. Please save the crappy coding languages rant for something else.

I am trying to make a simple VB6 chat bot at the time being. As much information possible would be great.

I believe that vhabot isn't coded using PHP but c#.net or somesuch.

As for the logon I am not certain myself however that's done, but I am assuming the answer lies in aochat.php.

(and the obligatory flamebait: How is VB6 beyond PHP? ::))

vb isn't, but I don't have the time nor the will to learn php.

and the hashing does appear to be within the aochat as I noticed before posting but I can't make heads or tails of it since I do not understand php too well. hence hoping for a port. besides vb6 is not THAT bad, you can make a lot of user friendly programs that are still very efficient. maybe not as but for the every day person thats going to use it as a simple home chat bot, I think the advantages gained can be worth it. AORC for example, but I think that chat needs a facelift to be honest.

Try AODevs.com.  A few people there have posted similar things.
