Seems in revision 1837 the online will not display orgs in the same DB.  and in the same table.   even if you have !set online OtherBots    set.   

Basically it only displays the org the bot belongs to and IRC if you have it set.  it will not show other orgs.

online list is broke as of 1810..  I have had to revert back to 1809 for the online list to work..  oh well.. guess thats the price with running svn..
