Title: notes in 0.5.1

the notes mod seems to be broken... adding notes (.notes add clashbot test) returns Tunderclash: Successfully added "" note to Advforduel as note id 3

doing notes, generates these errors:

doing a whois, lists the notes, but they are listed as admin notes, with no actual note...

notes rem works though, so atleast I can remove the blank entries  :P

It is as of yet unnassigned in the task manager.
When it's fixed it will be posted in the SVN commit log so keep a watch on it. :)
