Change to Bid.php

Hi,

It appears you've changed how points are being stored in the database.

Earlier versions, if someone had 400 points, that would be stored in the database as 4000.  Now it is being stored as 400.00.

Bid.php needs to be changed to reflect this.  There's a / 10 and a *10 when dealing with checking how many points someone has and when deducting points after the auction is over.

Using latest SVN.
