After months of good work, since a couple of days my Bebot Raidbot 0.4 is not working anymore.
In the prompt window, all goes well recognizing members online up to the Roster update.
Before to update the roster it shows the following warning and repeats that unlimited times:
Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to people.anarchy-online.com:80
(impossible to connect. Answer not correct by the connected part after the time interval, or no responses by the connected host) in C:\botname\Sources\Bot.php on line 1090
I hope it is fixable, I can only add it's all ok on my router and my internet connection, ports, firewalls, dns and all.
Thank you in advance and Viva Bebot!

Okay, so while waiting the Funcom fixes the XML servers,
can we temporarily remove the Roster Update and have the bot working again the same? ;)
Or to "force the bot to skip the roster update" temporarily modifyin' a little part of codes too can be another solution?

rosterupdate shouldnt be a prob for guilds, it will fail and lag bot for a min for 2 thats all, but only every 24hours when it runs
as for Raid bots which use whois module as well as alot of other stuff use the latest core/whois.php from SVN and change the settings (whois lookuporder) to auno_only and the bot will be fine
as for the 0.4 Users i will post a 0.4 module with req update 4 u here in 5mins

Ok this is untested but should work
This is a Modified 0.4 core/Whois.php

Sorry but it not works (I write here the steps I did to test it, hoping it is all right):
1. I replaced the new "Whois.php" file you attached, inside the /core folder;
2. Started the Bebot raid bot and it still gives the same warning.

you seen to change a setting
!set whois lookuporder auno_only

also check here... http://bebot.link/0-5-x-customunofficial-modules/more-xml-errors/msg9715/?topicseen#new (http://bebot.link/0-5-x-customunofficial-modules/more-xml-errors/msg9715/?topicseen#new)
this thread and that above link thread are basically the same thing.

Yes! Yuppi! Yeah!
I don't know if it is right or not but with the Temar suggestions I fixed the problem in the following way:
I modified the Whois.php file in the core folder at line 393 replacing this:
if ($this -> bot -> settings -> get("Whois", "LookupOrder") == "funcom_auno")
with:
if ($this -> bot -> settings -> get("Whois", "LookupOrder") == "auno_only")
It took some minutes for the roster update but at least it works and all are happy!
Thank you again GrandMaster Temar!
