Setting it to Tells if you want to relay via tells should do it :)

when relayin via tells, Bot2 log shows that:
[2007-12-09 00:15:11]   [TELL]  [OUT]   -> bot1: gcr [org2] char: gcr Org1 sdfsdf
[2007-12-09 00:15:11]   [PGRP]  [MSG]   [Bot2] Bot2: [org2] char: gcr Org1 sdfsdf
[2007-12-09 00:15:35]   [TELL]  [OUT]   -> bot1: gcr [Org2] char: gcr Org1 sdfsdf
[2007-12-09 00:15:35]   [PGRP]  [MSG]   [Bot2] Bot2: [org2] Char: gcr Org1 sdfsdf
[2007-12-09 00:15:39]   [PGRP]  [MSG]   [Bot2] char: gcr Org1 sdfsdf
[2007-12-09 00:15:39]   [TELL]  [OUT]   -> bot1: gcr [Guest] char: gcr Org1 sdfsdf
[2007-12-09 00:15:50]   [TELL]  [INC]   Bot1: gcr [Guest] Ezhik: df

But no effect in guild channel.
Permissions for gcr command set to G, Manually from mysqladmin :)

Priv:  Relaybots
Relay:  name of bot you want relay to.
Status:  On
StrictNameCheck:  On
Type:  Tells

This settings are for Relay module. Just if you want to relay 2 org bots and you want to use tells wich is best for only 2 bots.

Remove other bot from each other Bot.conf :D
if you add them in Bot.conf at otherbots he will ignore all tells from that bot.. This seems to be added in 4.0.

Not sure if this has been added with 0.4, but yes, if you set $otherbots["Bot2"] = true then the bot ignores all chat of Bot2, including tells.
