probs with sql db...

Well, looked around, didnt see anyone with same problem, so posting it here :P i recently installed bebot, got everything setup perfectly and it worked ok at first, then this morning i rebooted it after making a few changes and got this message:

"Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) in G:\<path to my bot directory>\Sources\MySQL.php on line 96 MySQL error (# 0) on query: Cannot connect to the database server! Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)"

i've tried numerous ways to fix it: i first tried reseting all the files i had changed back to their original settings (i made backups before editing, so just replaced them), then that didnt work so i tried reinstalling bebot, then tried bebot 0.5, that not work from other probs, so i totally uninstall php, bebot, and mysql, then reinstall bebot .4 again, following directions, and got same message...

help? lol.... Thanks in advance!

Is some firewall blocking mysql? Is the service even started?
