Title: FlexibleSecurityGUI crash on org disband

If you have a flexible security group filtering by an org ID which was disbanded (and flushed from the whois cache), the bot will crash on line 197 when treating the empty SQL query result as an array. The small patch appended fixes the crash an only shows the org ID if no org name is found on the flexible GUI.
