!is needs help?
« on: August 25, 2007, 09:58:31 pm »
Is there any chance that "!is" needs a fix related to the XML stuff that was updated in Roster.php?

Reason I ask is that when I "!is" any of my orgmates, it works fine. But when someone was trying to "!is" some players that weren't in our org (therefor not updated on the Roster update) the command either failed silently or lagged very badly. I caught this as I was logging off, so I don't know if the command eventually replied or not.

Or perhaps would this be a bug based on our org having more than 1K members?

My guess is trouble with 1k members.

!is doesn't check any members list, it checks if the target is on the buddy list, checks the status if yes, otherwise it adds the target as temporary buddy, catches the buddy status and removes the buddy again right away.
