    "alts" now won't stop "logged on" from relaying to other bot, but still funky

    I have 2 bots with guildrelay.
    Previously (in 0.2.11) if some1 have blob in his logon (alts blob usually) - logon won't show up.
    In SVN version it shows, but weird...
