Title: !online error
Post by: Metaphblade on March 01, 2007, 09:04:54 pm
Granted, this isnt sometheing that "breaks" the bot, was just wondering if anyone posted anything about this, or if its just something on my end screwed up (more than likely the case).

When someone logs on and the !online is sent in a tell, or someone does an !online, the console will spam this message a bunch of times.

Code: [Select]
[date and time] [SECURITY]      [WARNING]     Depreciated function in_group($name, $level) called.
something wrong in my SQL database, or known issue with bot?

Forgot to add, running current trunk

This can safely be ignored.

The new security system throws warnings when compatibility commands are used to help track down locations in the code that needs to be updated. We have not yet started the work to move old calls over to the new system, hence the warnings.

A fix for this has been put into the SVN.

This modules still throws some errors on account of the Whois module (if I remember correctly)

A fix for this module has been written too and is undergoing testing before being put into the SVN.
