ok in SVN people joining my bot now get
[Battle150]: If you don't want this bot to invite you in the future, type: /tell Battle150 !autoinvite off
when it 1st happened i thought it was good but i also tought it was a 1 time msg
i think its unnessery spam to do it every time

Adding a check if a user received the message yet would require at least a new field in the users table and another check every time he logs on. I think that's unneeded complexity there. If you don't want it to be spammed every time disabled the notification (there is a setting for it in the group AutoInv), and add a new topic or something similar telling your users the same.
The only case where this tell creates spam is on restarts of the bot with a large amount of users online already. That shouldn't happen that often though.

ill prob just do what i did before and send a similar msg out to new members as they become a member

I would personally favor the approach of sending the tell whenever the person is first added to autoinvite.

Added info text to tell when a new user gets added. Of course the info text is only shown if the new user is on autoinvite right away.
