Title: i need MySql help with 0.2.5

i recieve Acess denied for user 'ODBC' @' localhost' (using password: NO) in C:\php\BeBot_v0.2.5\MySQL.php on line 63
MySQL error (# 0) in query: Cannot connect to the database server!
Access denied for user 'ODBC'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

i followed all of the steps in the noob guide. what am i doing wrong???? i apperciate the help.

i also canot find the items.sql file anywhere

You did set (correct) username/password as well as server/database name in bebot/conf/MySQL.conf right?

You dont need the items.sql file as you're using bebot ver 0.2.5

As mentioned you should have a username and password specified in the bot.conf, which should match the username/password you allocated to access the mysql database.

used localhost as server is that correct?

This looks dangerously like missing MySQL.conf entries.
ODBC sounds like a default fallback user, and the main clue is that its not being provided with a password.

i had a prob with that a while back,i logged into the root and that fixed it.i looked at the permissions my non-root user had,and he had none. so i went and gave the non-root user all the access and stuff,and it fixed things right up.
