For BeBot the general steps are:

1) Create a bot character (using a fr00b account is ideal for this so the bot doesnt take up any character slots on your play accounts)
2) Choose the bot you want to use, in this case BeBot
3) Setup a MySQL database user, MySQL database for the bot and give the database user access to the database.
4) Configure conf/Bot.php and conf/MySQL.conf, setting it up to use the account/character you setup in step 1.
5) Run the bot :)

For more details take alook at the documentation coming with the bot aswell as the various helpfull posts on the forum.
