any ideas what this can be ??

Hmm. Might be that the cron is getting called before the login is complete.

In the Bot.conf change "$cron_delay" to a higher value than 30.
Suggest you take 120 or something like that and try it again.
If that was the problem please give me some feedback here and I'll change the code so that it doesn't happen in future versions.
If it doesn't work I'll have to think again. >.<
