Title: getting an error message saying cant connect to mysql when i start bot

error message
Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to mysql server on 'localhost' (10061) in C:\Bebot\mysql.php on line 63
Mysql error (# 0) on query: Cannot connect to the database server!
Cannot connect to mysql server on 'localhost' (10061)

does anyone knwo what i did wrong  i see everything right in the mysql.conf so not really sure about the error message

You don't have MySQL running. Start it first.

And make sure you have PHP running with mysql enabled.
