Title: Bot doesnt recognize my own characters as online ?

I have  2 accounts 1 account i use for alts and also as bot char account.
However even though the chars appear on the buddylist when i manual log into the botchar if i log either a alt or my main (who is set as owner) the bot doesnt recognize em with !online and also it doesnt show the log in message or log off message.

have they been added to the bot, or talked in guild chat with the bot?

Yes i spoke with both chars in guildchat several times.
And also tried to do  the  /tell bot !cc ... command to add em manualy wich seems not to work.

the autouseradd thing wont add you if for example you have owner permission
to add a char manauly its !member add <name>

Thanks Temar didnt saw that command but that solved the problem
