!countdown  or !cd  apears to be broken

Per description. It is supossed to count down to 0
but instead I get the following output.

[15:46:06][Guild] !countdown
[15:46:06][Guild] BOT: Countdown started!
[15:46:06][Guild] BOT: [--------> 5 <-------]
[15:46:08][Guild] BOT: [--------> 4 <-------]
[15:46:11][Guild] BOT: [--> GO GO GO <--]

in SVN it works.. what version are you running?

I think that problem occurs because you can only send a message every few seconds, for example if set at 2 seconds/message, it works
