Washing the database for entries

Xene:
Is it possible to write a module that can remove entries in the database, if that entry isnt in the member count.

I run !member it tells me 315 members
If i run !member list it tells me 329 members .. is it possible to get these to numbers to be the same???

315 is the actual number tho ... ;)
